I use windows10 , step75.7 prosave 14 , frameworl 4.5 , . i have fixe my PC on : 192.168.0.1 Ip adress my TP1200 on : 192.168.0.2 . see image . The wording within Pack & Go and even when creating the files may not be the best. When it asks for the PC or computer name or IP address, it means the Panel. You should try to use "Edit transfer settings" to change the IP address. Kind regards Stefan

Try to stop on the application, and then, there by the TP1200 control panel, puts in transfer mode. If you can, translate into English, all the error text and put it here. good luck.

I transferred the contents of the tp1200 to the PC via ethernet. With PACKNGO it does not work yet. see pic attached Attachment prosave test.png (369 Downloads)

I apologize for being late ; what I have been doing lately: Formatting my PC then reinstalling all (windows 10; step7 ver 5.7; wincc flextarget 2008' (need work) step7 ver 17 and wincc TIA ver 17. I know that I don't need all that for the PACKNGO file already created. I have configured My PC and the attached TP1200 CONFORT video. the problem still remains the same. Also I would like to remind you that with prosave the transfer is possible.

byahya Member Joined: 3/31/2011 Last visit: 6/13/2025 Posts: 17 Rating: (0)	GOOD MORNING : Thank you dear friend for your answers and your help even if until now I can't manage to transfer the PACKNGO file: I am a beginner in these things;; but : I understood at first that I should update my TIA winc images so I downloaded the siemens DVD3 that I installed after I updated my TP1200 panel with TIA. For that I should connect with the TP in ethernet. It worked and the update was done successfully (the old project on the TP was deleted). I created a simple example as you advised me, ok. the transfer does not work even if I am in the same condition of creation. No error reported. To remind you, I work under windows 10 and with TIA ver17. the Tia and the TP have the same version os 17.0.0.0. at the time of transfer the tp goes from "transfer" mode to normal mode and then nothing. example packNgo : https://drive.google.com/file/d/1_i7CAIH4cTKyeiRgODJ7D-7wiCgm-ZwC/view?usp=share_link

The Solution with Offline Transfer works a lot better and you do not have to fight with preconditions and so on: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/de/en/view/109740696 Just use a USB Device or SD Card. You can send the Files also electronical to customer and so on... I have done many times and I would not use Pack &Go again... (you can also update OS with offline Transfer) Bye Murof

I connected with my TP1200 to update it. I created a PACKNGO file to test but the transfer does not work. With TIA I transferred an example application which shows that my hardware TP works well. thanks again for your help.

If TIA is not installed check the requirements: - SIMATIC ProSave - Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86) - Microsoft .Net Framework 4.5 Check also if you do not have special characters in your devicename or projectname Bye Murof
