I have S7 300 CPU314 6ES7 314-1AF11-0AB0 memory problem. Symptom: - When run without MMC card LED status is OK. - When insert MMC card then run LED status is SP blink then stop. - Can't download everything them. (Not enough memory) At all i think it's memory problem. Memory status show in insert pic. Question: - Where is my RAM and EEPROM? - Some construction of memory you can tell me? - Where is work memory? (CPU[Infineon], Flash chip[Spansion] or other?) - Where is RAM? (CPU[Infineon], Flash chip[Spansion] or other?) - Where is EEPROM? (CPU[Infineon], Flash chip[Spansion] or other?) Thank you for every knowledge of your reply.
