Good Evening All,

I am Using WinCC 7.4 with Audit 7.4 (all licensed) installed. My audit is able to show all other information (picture editing and other wincc software edits) but it would not show any changes I make inside my WinCC Runtime (such as change value in I/O field). I did everything as shown in the User's Manual but still it does not show up. Need help.

Hello VickeyWaRan,

you should check the messages in the Alarmlogging, if you get
there the operator-message with the number "12508141".
This message should appear in the Alarmlogging, if you have
activated the operatormessage at the I/O-Field and change
the value of the tag, which is connected to the I/O-Field.
This operatormessage will be imported by the Audit-Trail.

 Hello Mr. Georg,

I have checked my alarmlogging and there is no operator-message with the number "12508141" under [Available] system messages. Also i have already activated the operatormessage at the I/O field from the picture designer but still the message does not appear. Is there anything that I've missed out? Thanks in Advance

Alarmlogging-editor.
Do you have conneted a tag to the outputvalue of the
I/O-Field ?
If there is no tag connected, the message "12508141"
will not be generatet.

Yes, All of my I/O Field have tags. I check my Alarm Table and it shows my value change and who made the changes ( As shown in picture below) but the "operator-message code" and the audit trail is still not showing up. Thank you for giving your time.

i have read all information in this tread and i am also facing same issue. even my audit service is also running but still not getting operator massages in audit viewer. 

is there anything that i am missing. please help.
