KarinaRamirez Posts: 4 Rating: (0)	Good morning everyone. I have DISGSI 5 V. 3 I want to add a 7sj86 device, but it gives me the following message: "Invalid list of short product codes (TNS). Make sure the list of short product codes (TNS) is up to date." Any recommendation that you can give me, I would appreciate it. Kind regards. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from Cannot install a Siprotec 5 7SJ86 unit - DIGSI 5 gives a warning.

KarinaRamirez Posts: 4 Rating: (0)	Because the FW of the equipment is version 3, so I thought about using the DIGSI 5 V.3, but when loading the device, it sends a message "cannot connect to the server", so what we plan to do is load an update of Firmware to the unit, from version 3 to version 7.5, the unit is a 7SJ86, BUT I HAVE NOT YET FOUND THE FW SETUP, TO DOWNLOAD IT. BEST REGARDS.

For the driver for 7SJ86 download the Line Protection package. You have to upgrade fhe firmware and also the confguration version on Digsi. after that check and test all protection functions

Excuseme, I have a 7SJ86 with FW 3.01 and I would like to update the Firmware, but the Firmware Setup download for this equipment does not appear on the Siemens Industry Support website. The file I need is like the one in the image below but for the 7SJ86 team, but I have not found it on the technical support page; the file is the one that is highlighted. I know that you are a person with a lot of knowledge, that you could help me, I would really appreciate it very much. Kind regards.

They have absolutely nothing to do with each other. I really hope you have understood this point. 7SJ86 is not a variation of 7SJ80. not the same hardware, not same software, not same generation, not same firmware. Firmware version 3. for Siprotec 5 devices are no longer available. The oldest firmware is version 6. If you read carefully the previous link I sent, you would find this website here, which contains the firmware https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109757433
