i have a problem in installing digsi 4    i had a degsi 4 version 4.91 installed in my windows 10 

then i uninstall this version and tried to install it again  but not sure that the source i install from it was the same source of the older verion or not    when i was installing again v4.91 the message appear that there must be older version to install version 4.91  i donnot know why , although  the same version was installed without older version    

when i tried to install v 4.83  it said that the operating system donnot support it

please i want any help immediately
