I saw a presentation about Sm@rtAccess and I tried to reproduce in our test room some features.

My objective is to mount a HMI HTTP connection between HMI and “browser” the variables from the first HMI to the second.

I have STEP 7 5.4 SP4 and WinCC flexible 2008 HF3.

I configure a S7-300 PN and two MP377 in a S7 project.

As usual I configure the connection between the first MP377 and the S7-300 in NetPro (S7-connection).

In the first HMI, was been created a connection to the PLC. In the connection properties, I can see the PLC in columns Station / Partner. I can also browser the tags from the PLC. All is ok.
In the device settings, I marked Runtime Services, Sm@rtAccess: SIMATIC HMI HTTP server (and all other possibilities too).

I compiled the HMI without problem.

However:
1 - I could not find the possibility to mount a SIMATIC HMI HTTP connection in Netpro. Just S7 functions (however, make sense mount a S7 connection between HMI?)

2 - In the second HMI, in connections, I can not found (browser) the first HMI in the columns Stations and Partner. So I must configure the connections data manually. As consequence, I could not “browser” the tags too. Is these tipically TIA feature not available? Else, what I do wrong?
