how to check  the encoder if it works

Hi team. I have the same problem (axis enable missing)

Does someone solve this issue.?

I underestand that the drive enable signal is with a high lógic

On the pin 14, X51 and X53 port.

I have checked that and its ok.

Any idea about this issue?
