CPU just dropped

No Windows booting now, PLC not Running ERPA_France Dear Product: S71500 software controller, CPU 1505SP PC2 (new product) 6ES7 677-2DBx2-0xx0 Error: windows embedded can be boot up I have no idea why this occur, and I just follow user manuall to restore delivery status, the LED PWR is green, the windows embedded not work, my screen is dark. It seem the PC is not start. I have use it many hours. But after a restart, the PC doesn't start... How to "reset" SP PC2 ?
