But you can use the LWE to create your web-page includung controls.

If you are a developer in C++, then use the tool Snap7

This communication tool is able to handle all Siemens controllers included the Logo.

The goal is to integrate customers who develop software in C ++ or other software that will be able to use the content that is in the controller to perform processes with the results

And also to enable the output of the controller to be activated from the software

 Than it's probably easier to use Modbus/TCP to access the VM. It took me some time to wrap my head around it but now I'm routinely accessing the Logo from either LabVIEW or Python scripts.
