big problem in tags

ahmedmae94 Posts: 103 Rating: (11)	how are you all first, I have plc system with S5, I want to install touch panel TP270 with S5 system , in this case I will use winccflexible to program TP270,the problem is-->> there is values as (bytes) in S5 software that I want to display it in winccflexile but winccflexible can only display values as word or double word or bits -as displayed in the attachment picture- please notify that I can't change anything in S5 software please help me as quickly as you can Attachment tags.zip (127 Downloads)

Jeebs Posts: 218 Rating: (28)	Hi, If is is only your purpose to display, then I might have a way for you to achieve what you are looking for. Do note, this is only to display values, not to read and write values. Attached is a screenshot of the setup I used to read a tag in word format and split it up into 2 byte tags. Tag1 is the original word/16bit tag. Tag2 is the left byte. Tag3 is the right byte. hope this helps Jeebs Attachment S5_bytewise.JPG (118 Downloads)
