Using "Tag converter"

bjautomation Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	Hello, I meet a problem with the "Tag converter" (Siemens software) I would like to automatically import tags from S7 (V5.4 SP3 HF1) and put them into WinCCflexible 2008. I would like to import all the tags wich are present into a DataBlock. "Tag converter" can help to do it. The soft can convert import/export files (ie .csv) to be able to import the tags. I strictly followed the software help procedure, but Tag converter said me there were problems with conversion! Have anybody some experience with this software? Thank U in advance

I just would like to know if somebody has good experience with the software, because following me, there is a problem into the software, or a version problem. It can also maybe happen than my laptop doesn't use the good symbol into the import/export file (, . ; etc...) The software was maybe tested only on a German version/PC? I have strictly follow the Siemens instructions, so I don't understand why it is not working... Thank you in advance for answering.

I have made exactly the same procedure, but result is not the same :s So I think it's a version problem or a "mark" problem (. ; ) It would be great if you could send me an export file from S7 (from a DB). I should compare my version to yours by opening it into a text software, and see what's the matter. Have a good afternoon.

bjautomation Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	Thanks for the help. With your export file, software works fine. But when I use my export file, it's not the case. It might be a language problem. When I compare the 2 export files (your =German / mine = French), I can notice some differences. I'm going to import my tags manually! Thanks again!
