Hi, I suggest besides to open a Support Request but also to get the trace of HMI (see FAQ How do you use the Trace Viewer with the Unified Comfort Panel? at https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/br/en/view/109777593 Maybe there you could get some clue of the problem. |
