Hello Leokeiti, In my opinion, this has to do with the state or situation in which you are setting the dribbling quantity. I presume this feature bit might be of interest to you: There is a feature bit for enabling the configuration of dribbling quantity during dosing. This feature bit is = Feature Bit 27. While the default setting is 0, if the bit is enabled, the dribbling quantity can always be configured (except when in 'Dribbling' state). Also, the automatic determination of dribbling quantity (DribbCor = 0) must be switched off in the case. However, if this feature bit is the default state of 0, the dribbling quantity can only configured in the 'End' state or with the help of the automatic determination of dribbling quantity (DribbCor = 1) While it could tough to conclude on the reason without seeing the present configuration, it is also important to know that DribCor = 1 can be used to automatically determine the dribbling quantity from previous dosing actions. The block enters the 'Dribbling state' only if DQ_Out ≥ DQ_SP – DribbOut. I hope this helps you to figure out your issue. Request you also to refer the Advanced Process Library Manual - DoseL block 'Dribbling' subtopic for further explanation of the parameters. |
