Hello, I have one PXC100E.D. and one PXG3.W100-1. When I open in the browser in the list view (in operation) I have a lot of alarm symbols. (picture 1) I checked in Xworks and CFC in alarm display there are no alarms. Also on the blocks in CFC there are no alrams. When I go in setup & service in the list view I have no alarms.

Is there a way to reset / delete these alarms?

Desigo Control Point requires a lot of patient working with it.

I had experience with Desigo Control Point in the first release stages, there was some strange thing like graphic page is loaded after 1-2min, linked object disappears, you have to link them again and so on.

Thanks for the help, I restarted the WEB it still has the alarms but it fixed a few other smaller issues.

I suppose that is the problem of so called "ghost alarms". They appear, when DCP engineer make project data upload with active alarms in the alarm view. Through this step they get inconsisten state in the offline data and each time, you will load the application to the webserver will appear in the form of bell in list/graphical view even they wont be active at the moment in alarm view.

Solution: Trigger the affected datapoints in online system again and acknowledge the alarms - this way you will get rid of bell symbols - and do the upload to overwrite false offline data.

This bug should be solved in the next versions as far as I know.

or do a backup of your project. (Main rule for advanced changed for project)

Delete all the datapoints you have integrated.

Reimport/scan them again.

Because it was a very small project I did it online (only in the web controller), to solve the issue I transferred the the project to ABT Site and reset the web controller to factory settings and did a full download. After that there were no more "ghost alarms".
