Hello Expert

Walter Woodtronic machine fitted with 840DI and PCU 50 6FC5220-0AA00-1AA0

After booting we have the following error

"Alarm :MCI card driver is not started, see event viewer"

PLC didn't start, No NC program running, seems lost or not seen

Could someone confirm if that could be a hardware issue or some files corrupted?

you obliged refer to last backup archives !

Simply way , you must initial your system again for ensuring no any hardware have problems !

If you haven't any backup , you must refer to original machine manufacture for that .
