Is this special procedure to save L33 parameter in memory?
When I turn again the parameter is like previous.

BTW, how you are changing & saving L33 patameter value?

Set p51 = 99 so that L (all) parameters can be read out from EPROM. after modifing parameter value, set p51=0 so that it can be saved in EPROM & then switch OFF power of sync/control. This way user can save parameters in EPROM.

Finally, I find the problem. 

EEPROM  was disabled via both software and hardware.

Unlock to software 

Change P87 parameter to  30       "3" is allowed to save changes. 

Unlock to hardware

There is a jumper on the converter.  Location on Board B1

If the jumper on EA-EB. Put this jumper to EB-EC this unlocks hardware protection. 

All changes will be directly saved to EEPROM
