Could you please share your experience on how you were able to control 3-position actuator?

I have exact same application where I have to control -position actuator with 2 DOs (open/close) but I am doing in CFC of XWorks Plus with PXC100.ED controller.

If you could not help me with a library maybe you can enlighten me with your thoughts and experience so I can do the logic in CFC.
