i wanna to control the level of plastic drums (H=34.25 inch ; width=23.25 inch) using a pressure sensor ( output: 0-10V ; range 0-5psi). here the senario with the pump:

-the pump start between hight level 34inch and low level 3inch.

- the pump stop at buble level 2inch.

i  joined  this figure to explain more.

NB: the drum is preffiled with water at 34 inch in the begining.

is there an exmple with or without PI .

sorry its my mistakes: the drums gonna be prefilled (at 34 inch)

so i just need 2message alert:

first its filled (high level ).

second alert low level at 3 inch or 2inch.

 The function you're looking for in the Logo! is the "Analog threshold trigger". You set the "On" value to the expected measured value at 3" and the off value to the expected value at 2".

You can either leave gain and offset at default values and calculate the required values yourself (0 is 0V and 1000 is 10V input).

If you set the "Gain" to 1.38 you get an the output in 1/10 inch increments. So if you want the pump to switch on above 3 and switch off below 2 inches set "on" to "30" and off at "20".

Connect the analog in to the input of the threshold trigger and connect the output of the threshold trigger to a digital output.

Now add everything around to make it work and add additional functionality as needed.
