Hello SM,

could you explain better which operation you did before open Batch Control Center?

Did you perform the steps described below?
- update project with infrmation about HW are you using paying attention you have to set PC NAME in right way (look at attachment)
- insert Batch Application and Batch Application Client into PC Station
- set SFC Type propeties to be relevant for Bacth (EPH parameters in SCF Type properties)
- change the properties of Plant Hierarchy like "Process Cell" "Unit" "EMD"?
- update "Batch Types" & compiled "Batch Istances" without error?
- download new Process Cell?

i did with PCS7 v6.1 and v7, it's working
if you did all right have to works for you too.
