It seemed that anyone not interested to give me the complete files, so I have to continue step by step

 Let's start:

This is a image from 828d commissioning manual , in underlined section , how we can notify movements to tool management??

Is it done in siemens sample PLC's (Tool_Change_Mill) step 2 , automatically? Or I have to fill something?

Please refer PLC SBR243 Tool Change Mill

1. NW7 - DB9056.DBW0 check which value it has?

2. NW10 - LBL 2 is called?

3. NW 11 & 12 -Staus should change as per command i.e. new tool & old tool data should get transfer.

4. NW 13 - DB9056.DBX 8.0 should get SET. This is acknowledgement signal. If it does not set , it means tool change preparation is not complete & you need to check PLC logic.

I assum here that all tool & magazine related data is set e.g. tool list, tool dimention, numbers, magazine location numbers etc. etc.

finally I commessioned  TM properly, with small bug.

However, tool has been changed and screen updated.
