Declare an array in the Global device variable space

Hi, When is try to declare an array in the Global device variable space. It was only allowing to declare a array length of 58674. But when i declared the same array in one of the ST Source file interface section with VAR GLOBAL it compiled correctly(Size : 131072). What does it means? Is it safe to declare global variables like that? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
