Please open new topic for your query instead posting it in old topic.

Does your system has PCU 20 or PCU50?

Please check the cumminication cable between NCU & PCU 20 or 50 with connector.

If it is OK  - check 24 V DC supply of PCU 20/50 unit.

If it is OK, & system has PCU20 - Check if you have spare PCU 20 unit. Replace it & check if system boots.

If system has PCU 50 - Check its HDD. If you have spare hard disc, load ghost image of original HDD, connect to PCU 50 & check.

In case if you do not have in house expertise, I suggest you to contact your nearest Siemens support center or OEM of machine.
