I have an sinumerik 802D sl with turning machine.i have about 5 G code program.but when i select any G code  program(Let suppose NC_300) from the NC directory then every time only one specific program (wheel.43_NC2) executed .

any one can tell me why other programs are not executed.

Your given ProgramNames do not fit to the requirements of the control! (hyphen used, too many characters)

From ProgrammingManual, Chapter 8.1:

When generating the program, its name can be freely chosen provided the following conditions are complied with:

• The first two characters must be letters;
• otherwise letters, digits or underscore may be used.
• Do not use more than 8 characters.
• Do not use separators (see Section “Character Set”):

These programs were executed properly. but last 3 month only one program is executed even i select to other one..

Another one question if i take a backup of  program from the other sinumerk 802d  and paste another sinumerik then that copy program will be executed or some setting have to perform ..

Today i am facing another issue related to program

after selecting the program when i start the machine at auto mode then my G code program not execute form the starting code.it jump into N70 ....

Looking at your program if X is in the correct position already then the program will skip down to block 70 which is a Z move. There is no problem with the control. Why is there no clear text for message 700016. Why don't you take a picture of the MACHINE screen when the program is running?.

you are right.G code is ok.actually machine operator tell me that there are some issue with G code.today i try to understand the G code and i realize that there is no error in program.

Now my another question about G code as i mention above that i have about 5 G code program but only one program execute every time ..it is very serious problem for me.

    Rest of your concerns has been solved or answer.  

     For particular program related issue (Out of 5 only 1 get executed). Can you share snap of screen while executing any one of the program?
