840D sl - Operate v4.8 SP5 - NCU 6FC5372-0AA30-0AB0 Good morning, I have the alarm 207995 Drive: Pole position identification not successful - cause 43 (4x: The measuring signal does not permit a clear evaluation) It's a new machine and it worked well for several months, this morning when I start the spindle (3rd party motor) I got this alarm. No data changed but to make sure we reload a working archive, same alarm. I also changed the encoder cable without results. The suggested remedy : Re fault value = 40 ... 49: - increase the currents for the pole position identification routine (p0325, p0329). - stop the motor in order to carry out the pole position identification routine. - select another technique for pole position identification routine (p1980). - use another motor, absolute encoder or Hall sensors. can't help me. What could be the cause ? Many thanks. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
