1st of all you need post in SINUMERIK CNC branch, ( I will let Jen to help you to migrate )

2nd, Thanks to post ONE picture. from your picture I can see your CNC using HMI is something like PCU20 or MMC 100.2 (or MMC100) --attention : any backup for CNC machine the most important is back up NC data (including drive data --in your case you saying SIMODRIVE 611 ). and PLC data which integrated on the NCU/CCU. Normally Machine Builder or call OEM already made back up those data into HMI HDD if MMC 103, PCU50 used, and in the case of using MMC100 or PCU20, those data will saved in external storage such as USB , ( old Floppy disk)

Please check the HMI on the back, post the detail parts # such as 6FC5xxxxxxx

we will know exactly what kind of HMI you have, 

PS: check now if your machine can run, even in JOG mode. and keep machine power on--DON"T shut off until we find solution

Dear sir,

I am from Al-Mina Panel Board Factory Riyadh KSA. There is Problem in our CNC Machine. We need Back up as we could not find or we have lost it. Please provide us your support to get the Back so we may run our machine. We are also using SIMODRIVE 611. Please we need your support as we are in very critical situation.

I have also attached the Picture of our system. you can see and guide us to solve the issue.
