My pumpe is:

Bredel Pumpe SPX 10 Motor 0,36kW, 63U/min

New information, this pumpe give 22 ml/U - ml per 1 rotation... this parameter is very important to know. With it I can calculate some capacity and find relation to time and Hz...

But I´m doesn´t know how calculate and organaze ramp - with speed going down...

One idea what I will try organize today is on picture:

e.g.-

1. I want to dosing 60g

2. On scales I have 4700g

3. I'm start calculate constant speed for 70% of dosing quantity this I can find from relation 22ml/U and with 50 Hz - pump make 63 U/min

4. But how to calculate ramp down - I don´t know.

I don't know if this dosing philosophy will work nice.

Thank you for answer, I want to do some real test today and I hope I will find solution for this problem.
