The error This Hotfix needs STARTER V4.1.1.0 (see picture attached) appeared at the beginning of installation. Could you help how to solve it ? Thanks for any proposal. PISCEAN 2010 Posts: 8092 Rating: (884)	It seems that you are trying to intsall HOOTFIX as Starter software & it does not found STARTER V4.1.1, as such error is displayed. BTW you can download & install latest STARTER software from here If you want older STARTER software version, please contact your nearest Siemens service/support center. HTH
