Wethink that you have problem in dynamic. In static from your words everything is correct. So,our assumption is, that there is something wrong with regulators. We recommend you to check the next settings:

• Positioning Gain
• Feedforward for all axes should be the same
• Should be no axes specific jerk control, no axes specific filters

Thanks for you information. we tried this procedure with my machine and i got 0.2 mm error on circle. and we try to change the 32510 : 1, 32520 and 32540 but it is not take any effect on the error. any other parameter is there for adjudting the error?
