In my project, I want to define several scripts on local user side. For example on pressing a button on a screen. On one of the screens there are 10 buttons which should execute quite similar scripts. Instead of writing the script 10 times (for each button click event), is it possible to write a local global script, and call it just with parameters from each script area of the buttons?

I know that there are global modules on under the scripts folder of WinCC Unified. But if i am not wron these are usable just for server side scripts. Perhaps i am wrong.

What you want can be done using global script. Then you import it in global definition area ot the local script and you can call it from the local script with the desired parameters.

Actually you can even call the script directly as function list so you don't need to import it by yourself.

Thanks for the answer. I have created a global function like this and called with parameter from local side (button click).

But i got the Error , that "Screen" is not allowed to used in gloabal script. How should i address the screem item in this case?
