Hello everybody, 

l have Cpu 417-H reduant system. So l inserted new station (6ES7 153-2BA10-0XB0(ET200M). Then l can instert AI, AO,DO . But When l try to instert 6ES7 321-1BL00-0AA0(DI32xDC24) l can't do that. l use same library under ET200M. l can instert DI16 but DI32 modüle can't  download to CPU 417-H.

l am waiting your comment about this issue.

It is possible to insert/configure 6ES7 321-1BL00-0AA0(DI32xDC24) under (6ES7 153-2BA10-0XB0(ET200M).

I have configured your scenario in our station and found working fine.

You can find in attached image for your reference.

Check the below two scenarios in your station to configure the DI32xDC24 module.

1. Close the project completely from Simatic Manager & You can try by restarting the system once.

2. Check whether you are able to configure/insert in a create new project.

If you are still facing the issue even after that, please share the export file of hardware configuration & installed software details of your Engineering Station to give you the exact reason.

l add photos in zipfile. l have closed simatic manager, restart ES then try again. But l still don't download DI32xDC24 in Cpu.(you can see all error in attachment). l can instert in hardware station. But l can't download DI32XDC24 in Cpu. When l online CPU, l can see error.

l have solved this problem. The solution is add new ET200M with 32 DI module. Then you can add every module under ET200 M.
