sporadic o008 when run

yaoming Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	Hello all , my 6SE7036-0EK60 apply in windlass. It is run with sporadic o008(8 or 6 hour or longer.), when the o008 happen, the main contacter of power input switch off and there has no fault and alarm appear. OFF2 and OFF3 are not used. OFF1/ON and INV release/INV stop signal are controled by DI. when o008 happened , the ON signal is in effect. I give the OFF1 command , the convert come from o008 to o009, and it can be restart. Is there any one had been encounter this problem? I want to know how o008 happen in this case??

Also I didn't understand how is implement safe Stop function in your system. With this o008 (INHIBIT to START) state it's not error and doesn't show any fault. And basicly you can reset this only if the reason for this condition is disappears. regards

yaoming Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	thank you for your reply I don't use the K80 option, I think the safe off function is not active ,because off2 and A017 are not active when o008 happen. I think the reason is the ON/OFF1 and INV release/INV stop signal has been interfere by the relay. I want to ask how these two signal change converter from o014 to o008 and stay on o008??

diwa Silver Member Joined: 9/20/2006 Last visit: 12/18/2025 Posts: 307 Rating: (97)	This problem could be because of a faulty PSU2 board of the drive. Try replacing the board and then observe the drive.Please also check the flat cable from PSU2 to the IVI card.

yaoming Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	I change the PSU2 and CUVCbefore, but it dose not work, o008appears as the same. I think you mean the 15V of the PSU2 has some problem ? I think if the 15V is not ok , it has the same result with safe off. when safe off come, there are A017 and off2 .

I think this problem could be because of the flat ribbon cable from the psu2 board going to the IVI board. I have come across cases in the past where such a problem was traced to a faulty cable. Try replacing the cable from another drive if you have one. DIWA.

yaoming Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	Dear DIWA, Please find the attachment , itisthe trace file of the control word and status words. I find the off/on signal has anegative pulse and then it go to o008. I think the flat cable from psu to ivi is ok in this case. I don't know why the off/on signalmake the convertor stay in o008 ? May be another signal inv release/stop also has a negative pulse when the off signal is effective ?but the trace file don't show because the sample time is 6ms. But however the two signal make the convertor from o014 to o008 , but why it stay in o008, I think it will restart and run again.
