Hi,

We have a PCS 7 9.0 SP3 UC03 project with 1 ES and 3 OSs.

All PC stations have Windows Server 2016 Datacenter and the PCS 7 OS Single Station is installed on OSs.

Diagnostic Screens are generated using "Creating/updating the diagnostic screens" and its WinCC HMI works perfectly fine on Engineering Station. But on the OS, when I click on those Group Display buttons (any of them, PC_STAT_OV, Field_COMP_OV , etc.) the WinCC Runtime just freezes and I have to restart the PC. Even the Deactivate won't work and the deactivation process gets stuck on Script Server.

(I've looked through logs in WINCC diagnose folder, but didn't find anything useful)

We never had this problem with PCS 7 8.2 (on Windows 7); same AS-OS AS-ES architecture and creating diagnostic screens method in a similar way.

I would be grateful if anyone could help with this situation.

 Tried the Repair and OS download again procedure described in Maintenance Station V9.1
Function Manual chapter 6.16 with no luck.

I hope you have below licenses in your ES and OSs

1. ES: Maintenance ES 9.0

2. OSs: Maintenance RT

& Make sure that OSs windows are update date with updates.

We ended up resolving this by making a new project and copying all block, charts, pictures....

(Also, Reorganize didn't work)

But couldn't pinpoint what caused it.
