The trick is to search for the EM277 Profibus card.. not the S7-200.

Did you find the EM 277 gsd file yet? It is the last entry for individula files in this entry:

What is your Profibus-DP master system? How did you integrate the EM 277 gsd file in the Profibus configurator?

Any error messages?

I have a CPU224 plc, can I program this plc in TIA PORTAL v14, v16 or v17, it doesn't matter?

Where can I find the gsd file of this CPU if I can program it?

 The GSD file is only helpful if you wish to configure communications between Profibus devices.

TIA Portal cannot be used to program the S7-200 PLC. Not even Step7 Classic can help you. Only the "Step7 Microwin" software will work.

The follow up for the S7-200 is the S7-1200.. for more than 10 years now. You will have to speak to the nearest Siemens office to your location. Only they can help you with the "Step7 Microwin" software.
