I have a PT100 3-wire sensor and I use transmitter like in an attachment which the output is 2-wire, I want to connect it to siemens analog input module with type 331-7kf02-0AB0 using S7-300, should I connect it using PT100 configuration or just use 2-wire connection? Can you show me how to connect to Siemens PLC?

I think if you use this converter from PT100 to 4-20mA your confguration must be set to 4-20mA

If you don't use converter you can conncet your pt 100 sensor directly to module with PT100 configuration

Yeah I use converter, the output is 4-20 mA, and I use 2 wire configuration because it converter convert the 3-wire PT100 to just 2-wire output. I can read the sihnal but it didn't stable like jump from one value to other value, should I use burden like resistor or something?
