hi, good day to everyone just like to ask if someone encounter this problem. while the part program loads "HD -NC" and edits the part program and closing the editor, the TimeStamp revert back 20 years. but if I unload first the part program like "NC-HD" and edit> close editor, the TimeStamp update automatically from the current time and date... any idea to resolve this one?

840D sl and NCU 6FC5372-0AA00-0AA0

The 840dsl has two separate clocks, for NCU and PCU.

See if they are both set properly in Setup, HMI, Date Time.
