I am looking for the parameters and the method for forming Helical Gear Cutting , Presently the helical gear forming is not happening  during diagonal movement up . But Direct Plunge cutting the A Axis angle is perfect and cutting also good.

I suspect the sync between Z Axis B Axis and C Axis is missing . Please suggest . 

The System is 840D Power line

I am not remember exactly but sure,

Number of teeth is equal to number of Hobb rotation.

For example 42 teeth to flange  1:42 ratio of blank  flange and Hobb.

For good quality you can increase rpm with maintain ratio some.

Look in part program COUPON  code like activation of couple.

Z and X feedrate as per finished you require.

Sir , I Have check ,as per  your advice , it is ok .

But during helical up/down cutting , it gear is not forming .Please share me if you list of parmaters used for synornization

Still I am  facing the problem  in the helical cutting . ,The Helical is not happing .

But the spur gear is fine , it is working fine . 

During Helical , the Table C AXIS , B AXIS Spindle and Z Axis Head up movement is not sync Perfectly
