software is not compatible with Logo

Whenever I try to transfer the program to the LOGO! 8 (6ED1052-1CC08-0BA1), I can see / select the IP address and all other details but can't transfer the file. It's taking too much time and a popup window came and says 'Unable to access the remote device'. Please help me to solve this issue. I tried everything else is kept the same with another LOGO! 8 (6ED1052-1CC08-0BA0) module, and it's working. I have only one 0BA0 module left with me everything else is 0BA1. I think the moderator would move your topic to the international part of the forum. Your LOGO! is the current LOGO! 8.3. I you want communicate with a LOGO! 8.3 you need the current software LSC V8.3. You can download the upgrade to LSC V8.3 form here: Download for LOGO! 8.3 Software Upgrade But the download is export restricted and you need a extended registration: Why do you have to log in and register for downloading export-restricted software and what data do you need for this? You can by using a FAT32 formatted mSD card transfer your program to the LOGO!: How can you program LOGO! V8.3 without LOGO! Soft Comfort V8.3?
