yass81 Posts: 44 Rating: (0)	WE do reset by power off of contrôle and every thing IS ok but After communication with toolsuit No data on the fault log or event since 09/2021 what Could be the cause and why the drive didn't communicate the fault or event. Regards,

yass81 Posts: 44 Rating: (0)	hi after switch off/on control power its ok but we didn't get the event and fault log. if there is any issue to upload the record, and for each connexion with PC Tool suite we enter the IP adress??
