Hello Forum,

I have a customer who has been replacing GQD151.1P actuators for the last 8 or more months. The actuators were installed during a renovation \ Addition project some time in 2013 - 2014. The actuators seem to be failing prematurely around the same time.The customer feels that the product has a defect that is causing the failure.

Majority of the actuators are being used for heating and cooling coils on ceiling hung AHU's controlled by TEC's with 2341 Application.

I searched through articles, KNowlix, Infolink. but I have not found anything regarding premature failure.

I'm Just asking if there were any known or reports of bulk issues with this product series.

If these products were purchased from the Buffalo Grove factory there are a couple of things you should do

1. Log a call with Technical Support 8008777545.

2. Tech support will try to understand and help troubleshoot the issue.

3. Return any parts under warranty to the Buffalo Grove Return center with an RMA. on the RMA note that you require a trouble report as to why these actuators may not be working after a short time.
