I think there is no solution because it's integrated in the firmware.

The simple that displayed only LOGO! display or the extended for user created web sites?

since LOGO! 8.3 (6ED1052-xyy08-0BA1) and the LWE V1.1 you can use a customised login page. Here you do not see a picture of LOGO!. Only the login component is visible and you can add your pictures as you like.

In project, use the right mouse buttom and select "Create Login Page"
