Hello, From the description of error message snap attached, it is clear that saftey channels activated in your system detectes error between input data & monitoring channels. You need to check which safety feature is activated & common for all axes i.e. is SBH, SG, SBR, SE or STO. Also check values of all axes MD 1391& 1392 which might give you clue about saftey feature activation. Once you found out correct activated saftey feature, check the NC & drive setting values & monitor those. This way you can trouble shoot the problem. Since saftey parameter setting involves, NC, MD, monitoring channel etc. etc. providing remote help is much difficult, so you need to diagnosis it or get help from local expert/OEM.
