Ampot23 Posts: 4 Rating: (0)	Dear Expert I have Siemens S7 314C-2DP CPUlast week we were running on live production when suddenly got a fault on the PLC it automatically go to stop and give SF error on cpu. I hooked up on the PLC and opened the diagnostic buffer I attached the diagnostic buffer errors, thanks and a lot and hope you guys can help me to resolve this issue Attachment Diagnostics palletizer 4.txt (551 Downloads)

itafusna Gold Member Joined: 2/17/2020 Last visit: 1/12/2026 Posts: 1251 Rating: (237)	Hi Ampot23, The diagnostic buffer shows that the CPU went to Stop because the diagnostic interrupt OB is not loaded or it is not possible to start this OB because, maybe, the OB is disabled or delayed. You can disable or delay and re-enable the diagnostic interrupt OB using SFCs 39 to 42. Please check if you use this function in your program. Also, please check that the OB82 is online on the CPU (not only offline in your project). Finally, I recommend to update your CPU to the latest firmware version released.

Ampot23 Posts: 4 Rating: (0)	thanks for the advice, I was able to clear all the fault coz apparently ASI- master was in configuration mode and CER is lit I was able to configure the slaves automatic using the set button, My problem now is that all the slaves on the ASI network is not being detected.
