I am working on a PCS 7 V9.0 SP2 system. I recently added two screens to two clients each to two existing screens, giving a total of four screens on two clients. The setup in Windows 10 and OS Project Editor (WinCC) were fairly uneventful. A strange issue now developed on one of the clients. The four screens are arranged as two rows of two. When using the button on the bottom navigation bar, to activate the trend pop-up (Trends Online), the pop-up appears on the screen below when using the top row of screens and stay in the background when using the bottom row of screens. I suspect the pop-up somehow receives incorrect x, y co-ordinates at creation. Any advice? The mouse easily cross borders between screens, letting me believe that the Windows 10 setup is correct. I did change the OS Project Editor setting from four in a row to two rows of two and tried to setup Windows 10 before re-booting, but Windows 10 recognized the four screens after re-booting at which point the screens could be correctly arranged. I have also tried a download to the client and the Reset_WinCC.vbs application. What would a brute force remedy be: re-installing PCS 7 on the Client or going back to one screen and then configuring the four screens again from there

may be you can try changing primary display to secondary display or vice versa? 

go to display settings and play a bit.
