Hello, new user here I hope I’m posting correctly.

I am the new owner of a used cnc milling machine. I’m having a hard time getting the electrical cabinet reconnected and the machine operational. This machine was retrofitted professionally 2016-2017.

The following are inclusions based on tips I saw at top of forum posts:

hardware:828d basic

cnc software version: v04.07 + sp04 + hf 02

pcu or tcu used?: unsure

hmi ver: unsure

Siemens order #: I see two fitting this description

at query keyboard inside control a sticker reads 1p 6fc370-3aa30-0aa1

at other keyboard 6fc5303-0af32-0aa0

included will be photos of the two stickers, my cabinet, Hla module, and inside operator station and photo of drive missing enables

note the led status in operator station

so I am learning as I go about relays and hydraulic systems and everything really but I’m 6 months into figuring this out on my own so I’d like to think I’m close to having it

the problem at hand is when I use the hydraulics ex: unclamp drawbar switch my control flashes off then boots itself back up. I believe it is getting stopped at the solenoid because no dials on hydraulic system show pressure. the spindle also will not turn on and I’m thinking that is tied to the hydraulic issue as there is a hydraulic cylinder controlling the orientation and drawbar.

I’m just about at the end of my capabilities and hoping someone here will see a missing enable or something and maybe be able to point me in the direction I need to go.
