We have Camshaft machine with 828d Siemens controller that has 3 axes .two linear axes(X & Z) and one rotary axis(C1).

when machining two axes (X & C1 ) work Simultaneously but their feed is low I mean Feedrate of machine is less than about 6000 m/s .

Despite we increase Feedrate in our program (for example f150000) but the feed of two axes do not increase.

Example of our program is:

The unit of Feedrate is mm/min and the MD32000 is very high about 30000 mm/min for X axis and 30000 RPM for C1 axis.

When two axes I mean X and C1 work separately the Feedrate is high but When two axes work simultaneously, the feed does not exceed 6000 mm/min.

The MD55201 was 10000 mm/min,I increased it to 20,000 but the status of the machine did not change.
