Now to your problem, alarm number 700119, 700120 & 700121 are not Siemens standard alarms, but these alarms are PLC alarms which are developed by machine tool builder or OEM. So please refer machine maintenance manual supplied by OEM or refer PLC logic by OEM to find out the cause of problem. You will find alarm description in short text as hints for troubleshooting also.
