Hello,

On our machine we have a new error poping (since we had to rebuild our mechanics, physically moved the encoder). It is an axis with additional external encoder (WMKA2010/2210) and we get F 232407, we already exchanged the encoder for a new one, replaced the cable. However the fault keeps coming back. Can it be settings or is this error only hardware based?

In r2124 I have value: 1 

1) We replaced the encoder for a brand new one, exactly the same model/type (Additionally resoultion in drives menu has exact the same value as before)

2) We replaced the cable as well

3) All the Encoder connections etc were checked

4) Topology ist exactly as it was before.

Can I safely assume that it can only be an issue with the encoder? Probably adjustement, mounting or distance to meassuring ring etc. issue? Not wrong parameters from NC side?
