You need IM153 module for interfacing. Please refer Operating ET200M as slave on master station CPU315-2DP  FAQ for detail information.

Your ET 200M station (IM 153-x slave) is generating an Invalid_Slave_Response diagnostic. See this page from the Felser Profibus Manual on diagnostic telegram bits, check the Profibis diagnostic telegram  bit 5 message:

- Invalid_Slave_Response:

Invalid response from slave. This bit is always set to zero by a slave. Here a master notices that a slave gives invalid responses.

To understand why thos particular message appears, we need a bit more information on your IM 153-1 or IM 153-2 slave unit (part number, possibly a screenshot of the hardware configuration of the eT 200M station), and it would probably help if you could provide a screenshot of the exact message you are receiving, along with a description of when you receive it.
