Please check below points.

1. Please check proper connection of equipment  bus connection of drives.

2. Is drive 5 & 7 is double axis module? Please try by replacing control module of drive 5 & 7. 

3. Please check drive 5 & 7 motor winding resistance & motor supply cable continuity.

I attached error code explanations, and I think you noticed there may be extension code for deeper tracing.

followed Siemens instruction. 

I suggest , replaced 611D control card 1st and then replaced power section. replacement should be exactly same parts # , if you have same cards or same power section, try to switching.

If you cannot emilite error after above mentioned , try to download good NC archive and PLC archive to try.

Hello,

Facing the issue of 300500 alarm in drives 5 & 7 error code 1B in 840D power line, safety integrated CNC, with 611 Drives.

Firstly an E/R module has failed. We have replaced it with spare. Then this alarm has surfaced.

Kindly guide how to proceed.
