I think there are two ways, depends on what you want to do:

You can make a new CMT for the shared block.  Then the shared resource block tech IO connects to the original CMT and to the EMT for commands.  EMT connects to the shared resource block tech IO for commands and the original CMT for feedbacks.

Or you can change your CMT to incorporate the shared resource block and modify all your tech IO there.  This way you would have just one place to interconnect EMT to CMT tech IO.
